About FanHub

Legal entity

FanHub is a product operated by PT Kultura Digital Kreasi, a company registered in Indonesia. That is the name on agreements, invoices and anything else official; FanHub is the name of the product.

Our role in your data

Under Law 27/2022 (PDP): the club or community is the data controller for its members, and FanHub is the processor running the platform on their instructions. Member data is processed in Indonesia, and a club can export it at any time, on any plan.

For questions about the service, partnerships, or a personal-data request (access, correction, deletion), email dev@kultura.co.id. If your request concerns data held by one particular club, going to that club is usually faster, since they are its controller.
