fanhub. is a membership, events and competition platform for clubs, communities and leagues in Indonesia.

Legal entity

fanhub. is a product operated by PT Kultura Digital Kreasi, a company registered in Indonesia. That is the name on agreements, invoices and anything else official; fanhub. is the name of the product.

Our role in your data

Under Law 27/2022 (PDP): the club or community is the data controller for its members, and fanhub. is the processor running the platform on their instructions. Data handling follows the PDP Law and data processing agreements with our service providers. A club can export its member data at any time, on any plan.

For questions about the service, partnerships, or a personal-data request (access, correction, deletion), email fanhub@kultura.co.id. If your request concerns data held by one particular club, going to that club is usually faster, since they are its controller.
