Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Komunitas plan is free forever, and members are never capped: however many you have, keeping their records costs nothing on any plan. What you pay for are the tools to reach and manage them, like campaign announcements and analytics.
Does fanhub. take a commission?
Never. fanhub. earns only from the platform fee. Platform fee per paid transaction, paid by fans, not a percentage. You keep 100% of the price you set.
Where does the money go?
Once fan payments are live: Straight to the club's bank account via payment-gateway sub-accounts. fanhub. never holds club funds.
Already using a ticketing platform? Does fanhub. fit?

Who owns the fan data?
Your club. Under the PDP law the club is the data controller and fanhub. the processor. Export anytime; leave anytime.
Is the platform fee always the same?
Not always. It follows the basket size; the full list sits under the example receipt on this page.
When does the money reach the community's account?
Once fan payments are live: Paid out by the payment provider to the community's account on the provider's settlement schedule, never by fanhub. fanhub. never holds funds and takes no commission. Platform fee per paid transaction, on its own line on the receipt.
